General Data Protection Regulations
Under the Data Protection Act 2018 Parish Councils such as ours have a legal duty to look after personal data and to explain to residents, and anyone else on whom we hold data, how we do that. In practice the data we hold is very basic such as names, postal and email addresses and some telephone numbers but even so we have a responsibility not to allow access to these without consent.
