Bowling

 
The Bowls Club operates from its Greens at south-west corner of Highside Playing Fields
during the Summer months - May through August (directions).
      KMBC plays against teams from area villages with a a mixed team who play friendlies on
Tuesday and/or Thursday evenings and a men's team in the Dalesman League
on Wednesday afternoons, and  There are also a variety of internal club competitions.

             Social Bowls - Mondays 6.00pm

                      20 May - end of August

Informal, friendly and FUN sessions for all ages* who would like to give the sport a go!!
          £5 covers green fees, tuition and bowls hire - and light refreshments**
Only requirement is flat-soled shoes (trainers are fine) to protect the green.
              *ages 13-16 are welcome, but must be accompanied by parent or guardian
           ** fee is applicable in full towards Annual Membership (£50 for 2024), if you decide to join KMBC

    Parking:

Please see image below: drive along the gravel lane along eastern edge of HighSide athletic
complex.
IMPORTANT:  Once on the grass, please proceed towards tennis courts and drive as
close to that end of the field as possible (avoid driving on main playing field) and then
along the hedges. 
Park along the hedge or under the tree in the SW corner of the complex.
   **** If wet conditions, do NOT drive on the playing field.  Park at the end of the
gravel lane or in the paved lot adjacent to the childrens play area at entrance *****
