Planning Appeal on the 'eastern annexe'

On the 7th November, although it has not yet been activated, David Fielder's associate Justin Claybourn lodged an appeal against the refusal of his planning application on the ‘eastern-annexe’ of the Henry Jenkins with the Planning Inspectorate in Bristol.
When activated, after due process, a Planning Inspector will adjudicate at a formal Hearing at the HBC offices in Harrogate. Prior to this the public will be invited to make representations for and against the appeal.
The HJCP will keep all residents of the parish fully updated as to the progress of the Appeal and full details of how and when to forward any objections.
