There is support available for mental health during these weeks of isolation, ranging from counselling to podcast meditations.
Nidderdale Plus has put together a list of support organisations for mental health and wellbeing.
This lists support offered for wellbeing, mental health, emotional support, Carer's Resource, Demential forward and lots more.
