MOBILE POST OFFICE SERVING KIRKBY MALZEARD
The Post Office have announced that from March 25 the mobile van will only visit the village on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday rather than every week day. The times remain as at present - from 9.00am to 10.30am.
The decision was challenged by the Parish Council but, on the basis that the van was needed to serve new locations on the route such as Masham, no progress could be made, although it was agreed to review the matter in six months.
