What a great event!
Here are some thoughts on how to improve.

Feedback so far:
- We could sell glo-sticks for the kids
- We could rethink where helpers are stationed with donation buckets
- The car parking marshalls did a fantastic job. Maybe next year we could have more parking helpers, including someone whose sole job it is to collect donations (Patrick!)
- We should cordon off the area near the fireworks - the existing fence was fine, but another cordon might be sensible if there is a large crowd.
- We could consider what food and refreshments are provided.
- We think the walk to the event was great.
- We could consider charging for entry rather than having donations.
