IN ADDITION TO THE VACANCY FOR A PARISH COUNCILLOR IN KIRKBY - ADVANCE NOTICE OF PARISH COUNCILLOR VACANCY FOR LAVERTON PARISH
Message from Howard Mountain:
It is my intention to resign shortly as a Parish Councillor in Laverton Parish. I am now living outside the Parish, and whilst technically I can continue until May 2022, I am sure it would be much better if someone living locally could take over.
There is a legal process and qualification criteria to meet (similar to that set out above in relation to the Kirkby vacancy), but at this stage, before I formally resign, it would be useful for myself and for the Council, to know whether anyone may be interested.
